Brown & Company CPAs and Management Consultants, PLLC (Brown & Company) has served nearly 60 federal departments, agencies, and bureaus since the Founding Member, Tyrone Brown, started the firm in 1976. The firm was incorporated in 1995 and certified as a small business by the Commonwealth of Virginia. We currently operate as a professional limited liability company licensed to practice in Maryland, Virginia, the District of Columbia, and other jurisdictions. Our knowledge, training, skill, and proficiency have built Brown & Company a legacy of responsive, quality services for 47 years. We have performed more than 400 Chief Financial Officers (CFO) Act audits of federal agencies and more than 800 audits of federal agency grantees since 1990.
Brown & Company also offers high-quality accounting, accounting-related, consulting, and IT security advisory services in federal and non-federal spaces.
